Meet the person behind BelongPath
BelongPath was built by someone who knows what it means to navigate between cultures — not only through study, but through lived experience.

Julia's story
Julia Forstner's career has long been shaped by international education, client support, and cross-cultural experience. She spent a high-school year in Oregon, lived in New Jersey as an AuPair, studied in Australia, and later worked in the international language-travel sector, international student exchange and corporate client management. These experiences showed her that a successful transition into a new working environment depends on more than correct English.

Why BelongPath exists
Through her international experience and work with clients, Julia saw how strongly confidence, communication, and cultural context shape a professional's ability to contribute in a new environment. BelongPath was created to bridge that gap with practical, human preparation for the real situations professionals encounter in the U.S. workplace.
